How can an international airport digitalize its business model and transform its online offering into an Omnichannel travel retail and shopping hub? The chalange was to grow Frankfurt Airport's non-aeronautical revenue streams by creating a unique, seamless omnichannel customer experiennce and seize the digital advantage and lead the airport industry into a digital future. To meet this challenge, the airport partnered with AOE - and its specialist product division, Omnevo. The aim of the project was to provide passengers with relevant information, shopping options and services in the right place at the right time. With our Digital Solution Suite, Frankfurt became the world's first omnichannel airport.
