Hi! We are the mobile app development team and part of the logistics branch of our solution. The app is an extension to our web-based software ILS which stands for Inflight Logistics Solution. It mostly focuses on answering the complex logistics flow of inflight sold products (food and beverage, duty free).
We are a team of seven colleagues who work on developing the Android and iOS versions of our app. We catch up daily to keep each other up to date and organize our remote collaboration independently. Project priorities are provided by the product owner, to help us stay focused and reach our development goals.
You have two locations you can choose to work from either Germany or Tanger, Morocco. If you are living in Germany, it is your choice whether you work remotely, in a hybrid mode or you enjoy working in our beautiful office in Wiesbaden.
If you are living in Tanger, Morocco you work onsite in our office there.
Your job
- You are primarily responsible for testing and quality assurance in the mobile app development team
- You work in a cross-functional, self-organized team and write test plans based on acceptance criteria in coordination with our UX/UI Designer and Product Owner
- In addition to raising bugs during testing, you will mainly carry out sprint and story tests and take over the updating and further development of test plans
- You execute test plans, including regression and performance tests, ideally you have gained knowledge of the resource constraints of hardware products
- For future release tests, you write test automations and maintain release test plans
What you bring along
- You have a bachelor's degree in media informatics, web-mobile development, or a comparable field of study
- You have several years of experience in testing mobile applications, including test automation, release tests and test plan development
- You score points with very good communication skills, especially with foreign language speakers, and you speak business fluent English, ideally also French at working language level
- You are used to working remotely in a self-organized, cross-functional team and contribute proactively
