Omnevo is the global leader in delivering unique ancillary revenue models in food & beverage, retail and experiences for travel and mobility operators. We are a rapidly growing agile IT company with a strong focus on self-organization, agile corporate culture and a collaborative atmosphere. Apart from our eCommerce solution, we also have our web-based ePOS Inflight Logistics Solution (ILS). It mostly focuses on answering the complex logistics flow of inflight sold products (food and beverage, duty free). Currently, we are searching for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our growing portfolio of airline customers during daily operations.


Your job

  • In this position you serve as the link for our ePOS solution between key customer contacts and our internal teams 
  • You support the customer proactively in using the Omnevo Software Suite and identify further training needs
  • You are responsible to resolve technical challenges faced by customers and deal with issues as well as enhancement requests. In addition, you prioritize together with customers the management and monitoring of releases 
  • You develop account plans and strategies to drive continual improvement to customers and document ongoing account activities
  • You work closely with internal teams to set up continuous reporting on sales data and support the Omnevo Helpdesk team with background information on requests raised by the customer
  • You communicate during bigger incidents, coordinate post-mortem meetings and provide summary reports of them with action items to the customer


What you bring along

  • You provide a technical background and understanding, preferable a degree in software engineering or data analytics
  • You already have several years of experience in the aviation industry or travel retail industry
  • You are a self-starter with a desire for ownership and commitment to the job as well as excellent service
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network, build relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • You are a strong cross-functional collaborator, with agile project management skills and a hands-on mentality when addressing strategic as well as operational topics with customers
  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English. Ideally, you are also fluent in French
