Omnevo Appoints Jan Christoph Meyer as Chief Executive Officer

Wiesbaden, Germany – 17.03.26 – Omnevo, a global travel retail technology company powering retail operations for airlines, airports and rail operators worldwide, today announced the appointment of Dr. Jan Christoph Meyer as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 2026.

Meyer brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across operations, supply chain and digital transformation in the aviation, transport, and food service industries.

He has held senior leadership roles with organisations including Lufthansa Group, LSG Group and Deutsche Bahn, where he led large-scale operational transformation programmes, supply redesigns and enterprise technology initiatives.

Meyer is recognised for combining strategic leadership with operational execution, building high-performing international teams, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, profitability, and growth.

As CEO, Meyer will focus on accelerating Omnevo’s profitable growth, strengthening its end‑to‑end retail platform capabilities and supporting travel operators in connecting ecommerce, onboard retail, and logistics into one integrated retail ecosystem.

Omnevo’s Advisory Board would also like to extend its sincerest gratitude to Peter Coelho, who served as Interim CEO during the recent period of leadership change. Coelho will return to his role as Chief Operating Officer, continuing to manage Omnevo’s operations and customer delivery teams.

Meyer will officially assume the role in April and will meet customers and partners at the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in Hamburg from 14–16 April.
