Working Student Technical Support / Product Expert (m/f/d), remote (or at our headquarters in Wiesbaden)

These will be your tasks

  • 2nd level support for system users (no end customers)
  • Qualifying and prioritizing incoming communication in technical terms together with the team
  • Support of the customer in the use of complex system components
  • Configuration of components according to customer requirements
  • Analysis of error messages with the specially created analysis tool
  • Classification of feature requests and transfer to development teams
  • Work with the following solutions: Magento, Akeneo PIM, Order Management Systems, etc.

What you bring along

  • Technical understanding of complex IT systems and Internet technologies
  • Advanced semester (in a relevant field of study)
  • Pragmatic approach and structured work
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent spoken and written knowledge of German and English
