Marketing Manager (m/f/d), remote (headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany)

To fuel our international growth, we are looking for a native English-speaking Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks as Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

  • Definition and further development of the marketing and communication strategy as well as cooperation in the development and implementation of success-oriented marketing concepts
  • Development and implementation of our PR strategy along with establishing a press network
  • Conception and further development of the centralized content strategy for all relevant communication channels, e.g. press, website, newsletter, social media
  • Campaign management: performance-driven planning, implementation and control of campaigns on relevant channels online and offline (social media, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Content and conceptual management and implementation of external communication to the market and internal communication to the company on social media channels
  • Media planning
  • Responsibility for content, support and maintenance of our website
  • Management of external agencies and service providers
  • Regular market and competition monitoring
  • Responsibility for budget planning
  • Continuous measurement of the success of the campaigns carried out using suitable key figures as well as market and competitor analyses

What you bring along

  • A good to very good degree in a business-related field, preferably with a focus on marketing and/or IT, or self-acquired exceptional talent
  • Sound professional experience in a comparable position in marketing
  • Experience in the successful conception and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Entrepreneurial, cross-company thinking as well as strong customer and service orientation
  • Know-how in the development of digital brand and communication strategies
  • Extensive knowledge in the area of customer experience
  • Knowledge in SEO/SEA, Google, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Creative sense for design / CI
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, confident use of MS Office products
  • Native (or business fluent) English skills, written and spoken
  • Strong team orientation, a structured and independent way of working and willingness to take on responsibility

Desirable knowledge

  • Technical background or at least a high technical affinity
  • Industry knowledge in our sales areas Travel / Tourism
  • Experience in the Tech Startup / e-commerce sector
  • Experience with CRM Hubspot
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, content management (TYPO3)
  • Fluent German and/or French language skills
