Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Omnevo (part of the AOE group) is the global leader in delivering unique ancillary revenue models in food & beverage, retail and experiences for travel and mobility operators. For our new customer in Australia we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to be responsible for the Territory to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) at Omnevo

  • Develop and build trust relationships with our customers in the Australasia region
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and manage these on a daily base
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints, software and hardware issues
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Work with product development teams to ensure that the product portfolio reflects changing customer needs
  • Coordinate the work of technical support teams to provide customers with the different services they need, including solution design, installation, training, user support and maintenance
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships

What you bring along

  • Experience in handling large customer accounts
  • Advanced experience in account management and/or business development, ideally in the aviation industry or travel retail industry
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively, yet detail-oriented and driven by data
  • Ability to deliver excellent service, while ensuring commercial focus
  • A self-starter with a desire for ownership and commitment to the job
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, experience with complex organisations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network, build relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Promoter of quality through continuous performance improvement
  • The role is based in Brisbane and will include some travel within Australia
