Agile Business Development Manager (m/f/d), remote (headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany)

Omnevo (part of the AOE group) is the global leader in delivering unique ancillary revenue models in food & beverage, retail and experiences for travel and mobility operators. We are a rapidly growing agile IT company with a strong focus on self-organization, agile corporate culture and a collaborative atmosphere. To fuel our international growth, we are looking for a fluent English-speaking Scrum Master (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks as Agile Business Development Manager(m/f/d)

  • You facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments within the sprints and set the right setting for the team
  • You support every single team member by providing them with feedback and offering the option for further development to create overall real customer value 
  • You actively contribute your innovative ideas in an agile learning and working atmosphere as well as sharing them with Scrum Masters from different teams at AOE Group via different formats, e.g. in the Scrum Master CoP (Community of Practice)
  • You support not only your colleague within the team but also the management in goal-setting matters such as the definition of OKRs as well as Change Management Processes such as the restructuring of the development organization.

What you bring along

  • Advanced experience as an Agile Coach/ Scrum Master as well as collaboration with the management to proceed growth strategies
  • Ideally, you can combine your experience in agile Project Management with an IT-related background
  • Experience in the Tech Startup / e-commerce sector is a plus 
  • You are familiar with scaled agile frameworks and Scrum means much more to you than just quoting the Scrum Guide
  • You are business fluent in English as well as in German

Desirable knowledge

  • Experience with IT projects
  • Experience in the Tech Startup / e-commerce sector
  • French language skills
